| Charging Jack Cover Is Missing On My Receiver |
If you are missing the collar charging jack cover, a small rubber cover used to protect the charging
jack of your remote trainer's receiver, please contact Tri-Tronics® Customer Service
by email or calling 1-800-456-4343. There are
two types, seen below, that we can replace.
The top one is used for newer XLS/Classic 70 S and Sport® S
units and fits easily over a post. The bottom one is for the XL/Classic 70 and original
Sport® units and is secured by one of the four screws on the receiver back.
